John and Nancy Wells, Lincoln-Wells Agency, Allstate Insurance

Originally from South Florida, John attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School playing football and soccer. John was an All-State Free-Safety football player. In Soccer he was All-Conference and All-County. He later attended The University of Florida and received his Bachelor’s Degree. John has 18 years experience in Business Management which included a team of 250 people within three states and India. John’s family has been involved with Allstate Insurance since 1974.

John’s wife Nancy, has lived all over the US from California, Florida and Indiana. She attended Indiana Wesleyan University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree. She also attended Indiana University for a Master’s Degree. Her background is in Psychotherapy, with 22 years of experience in counseling and helping others. She also has managed successful agencies and was the Marketing Director with a prominent facility.

John and Nancy are very involved in their Community. They are on the board of Habitat for Humanity and serve as Family Support as the families receive their new homes. John is in a Mentor Program at North Cobb High School with the football team. Nancy has served on the PTSA Board at Kennesaw Elementary for 5 years. They are Coaches at North Metro Church, organizing preschool activities and staff. They give regularly to local organizations. John and his wife have known each other for 20 years. They have two girls ages 10 and 8. They are very involved in church, dance and the oldest is on a traveling soccer team.

Their mission as Allstate Insurance business owners is to educate customers to fully understand the coverages they have, while ensuring they have the proper amount of protection.
