Terence holds a bachelor of commerce degree with a major in management and a minor in marketing. Earning the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award in his first year in real estate with Keller Williams Realty, in just his second year, Terence went on to found his own group within the brokerage called Richardson Real Estate Experts.
